Please review our policies carefully before booking. 🕒 Cancellation & Rescheduling More than 24 hours prior to appointment: No charge. 12–24 hours prior to appointment: 50% fee will be charged. Within 12 hours or same-day cancellations / No-Shows: 60% fee will be charged. A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings. 🚫 Code of Conduct Guests under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or smoking are not permitted. Profanity, verbal abuse, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. Any sexual remarks, inappropriate requests, or offensive conduct will result in immediate termination of service without refund. Respect for therapists and the treatment environment is mandatory. 🔒 Safety & Privacy Dangerous items (weapons, hazardous tools, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Only the scheduled client may enter the treatment room (no guests, children, or companions allowed). Clients who require massage for medical reasons must provide a doctor’s note of approval.
